Research Interests:
I am generally interested in population genetics/genomics, phylogenetics and molecular evolution in plants. My current project is focusing on the evolutionary dynamics and phylogeography of the selective sweep regions in Asian wild rice, Oryza rufipogon. I am co-advised by Dr. Barbara Schaal and Dr. Kenneth Olsen.
